Notes: All Parent Child program fees must be paid in full at time of registration. Because Parent-Child is a registration program, the non-refundable enrollment fee is not required. Visit the Parent-Child webpage for more information.

All new or re-enrolling families must pay the non-refundable Enrollment Fee per student each year.

Annual tuition does not include the non-refundable application and Enrollment fees, musical instrument rental (grades 3 and above), Team Sports fees (grades 5-12), activities not covered by class budget, After School Care, After School Programs, and PWS Camps.

Credit/Debit card, AutoPay, ACH Direct Debit, and checks are all accepted. Credit/Debit card processors assess a fee of approximately 3.15% if you choose to pay by credit/debit card.

Annual tuition can be paid in a lump sum July 1, 2024. PWS offers an 11-month Installment Plan Option from July through June, except February when tuition deposits are paid for the upcoming year. A financing fee equal to 3.5% of the net annual tuition will be included if you choose the installment pay option.

The Net Tuition will be pro-rated for full months based upon the PWS School Year. A Student’s attendance for any portion of a month will be charged at a full month’s rate.
