Position Title: Lower School Spanish Language Teacher
Position Summary
Pasadena Waldorf High School is seeking a full-time teacher to carry Spanish instruction in grades 1-8 in lessons that incorporate song, movement, literature, cultural world history as it relates to the Spanish-speaking world. Other duties include; participation in all extra duty and substitution rosters, attendance at occasional student events after school and over the weekend, participation in all duties of full-time faculty, and active participation in the school’s outreach and enrollment events.
We are most interested to find dynamic and engaging teachers who are excited to connect with our students, have a history of work with in a class setting, demonstrated strengths in classroom management and who are open to learning about the fundamentals of teaching in a Waldorf school. Prior experience with Waldorf education is a plus.
