Jena L. Hoffman
Jena L. Hoffman comes to PWS with an extensive background in nonprofit and corporate administration, recognized for synergistic leadership, organizational vision, and innovative solutions, with a highly successful track record in start-up and turnaround organizations. Prior to joining PWS, Ms. Hoffman has worked and consulted with recognized organizations such as the Los Angeles Philharmonic, Los Angeles Zoo, Center Theatre Group, John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and Arena Stage, Omaha Performing Arts, and New Jersey Performing Arts Center. Most recently she served as President & CEO of the International Ticketing Association where she directed the company during a period that saw net income increase by 207%. In 2017, she received the prestigious International Ticketing Association Lifetime Achievement Award.
Ms. Hoffman holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Theatre from Kansas University. Working in a collaborative leadership role with PWS’ Pedagogical Administrator, the Business Administrator oversees all day-to-day business operations of the school including finance, development, admissions, human resources, and facility operations, reporting directly to the PWS Board of Trustees.
