The Cost to Attend – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

How much do I need to pay when I sign my enrollment agreement?

Families re-enrolling or newly enrolling at PWS pay a $500 non-refundable Enrollment Fee per student. This non-refundable fee secures your enrollment.

Are there any costs to attend that are not covered by tuition?

The tuition listed does not include the application fee ($100), the enrollment fee, musical instrument rental (grades 3 and above), after-school sports fee (grades 6-12), field trips not covered by class budget, and After School Care.

What if I need afterschool care?

After School Care is available as needed until 6:00 p.m. for children in kindergarten through grade 8, and will be billed separately. The rate is $12.50 per hour for one child, $6.25 per hour for each additional child, billed in half-hour increments.

When is tuition due?

Tuition is due July 1, 2018. If you choose the monthly payment option, tuition is due on the first of each month from July through June. Tuition is late after the 15th.  Any invoiced amounts not paid by the 15th will incur a $75 late fee.

What are the payment options PWS offers?

In addition to the one pay option, PWS offers a 12 Month Payment Option from July through June.  A processing fee equal to 3% of the full annual tuition will be included if you choose the monthly pay option.

If my student enrolls midyear, will I have to pay the full tuition for the year?

Tuition and nap program for students entering PWS after the start of the year will be prorated.

If I need to withdraw midyear, will I be responsible for the remaining tuition according to my enrollment agreement?

Tuition Protection is included in tuition. This helps meet a family’s obligation for the annual tuition in the event a student leaves during the school year. The school will absorb 65% of the unused yearly tuition and the parents are responsible for 35%.

What if we would not be able to attend at the full tuition rate?

The link to apply for tuition assistance through our Tuition Assistance Program can be found on our website.  We also accept payments from Child Care Resource Center (CCRC) and Options for Learning to help cover qualified after care and approved preschool and Kindergarten tuition and fees.
