Enrollment Procedures

Parent-Child Registration. Children ages 10 months and older can attend these two hour classes, accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Classes meet once or twice a week. Sessions begin each Fall.

Preschool and Kindergarten Admission. After you have attended a Look In or Open House, please  submit your application, fee, and supporting documentation. Once you have applied to our program, you and your child will meet with the class teacher for an interview. We accept children for preschool at age 3 years, 3 months by September 1 for preschool admission. Children must be 4 years, 9 months by September 1 for kindergarten admission.

Grades One through Eight Admissions. After attending a Look In or Open House, please submit application fee, transcripts from previous schools and any testing or evaluation reports. After making application, you and your child will meet with the teacher. A student visit, from three to five days, will then be arranged.

Recommendations for admission are reviewed by the Admission Committee and notifications are mailed as decisions are made.  Parents will be asked to sign an enrollment contract and pay the $500 New Family Fee and $1,000 tuition deposit in order to secure their child’s space in the class.
